Fabulous veterinarians! My daughter’s pony had a ligament injury and the team at Summit did a phenomenal job of helping us understand our treatment options and establish a rehabilitation plan. They were always available and happy to address questions along the way. The pony’s rehab went as smoothly and quickly as possible given the extent of the injury, and she is now happily back to full work. We could not be more grateful!

Jim Maxwell is the best vet I have ever had! Have used him since he came to the area (8 yrs+). Amazingly thorough and also extremely honest. Top notch care. Respected by NC State & others if you need additional help in an emergency and have to take your horse to the hospital. Dr. Maxwell is extremely upfront with any horse management needed & choices. Also his joint injections on my horses spine & SI have been amazing. I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is!!
