Really caring nurse Sam and great doctor! Sam spoke to me for almost an hour and a half about my cat. They’re really caring and genuinely concerned about their patients. They have a promotion going on right now where you can get unlimited check-ups, and other benefits for $0 for one year and you can cancel it before the plan renews for $42/month after a year. They also have a $50 referral bonus. $50 for you and the person/pet you refer.

Dr. Meads is a gem. Even though she’s in the city, she makes practice have a small-town feel. She knows you by name, takes her time, and you can tell she truly cares about your pet’s wellbeing. I really can’t recommend her enough. Oh- and the staff rocks, too! 😁

We recently brought our 12 year old “puppy” in for a teeth cleaning and tooth extraction. Needless to say, my wife and I were a bit worried with having an old dog put under for treatment. Dr. Hadaway and staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They did an amazing job and kept us updated on the whole process. Due to a prior bad anesthesia experience at another vet, Dr. Hadaway listened to our concerns and everything went great.

TRUST! KIND! PROFESSIONAL! FRIENDLY! EFFICIENT! These are just a few adjectives I think of when describing my experience at the Buford location! I live in Loganville and drive almost an hour to the Buford location, because they are efficient, empathetic, and consistent. To add, it is easy to schedule an appt, speak with a live person, and the staff is always reliable to send the veterinarian a message if I have questions from a previous visit. We love Total Vet! I’ve had pets for over 30 years and Total Vet is by far my favorite. Everyone is always friendly and attentive (especially GiGi!!!); great communication and most importantly they take care of our girl Ginger. They all really love what they do and that’s important! A+++
