I absolutely love BlackBox tanks, it's the second time buying from them and I had the tanks drop shipped instead of building them due to my busy schedule and it did not disappoint, very professional packing and nothing was damaged at all. I had such a positive experience with Blackbox Reptile Cages! I brought in my 4ft bearded dragon enclosure because the bulbs weren’t working, and the team could not have been more polite and helpful. They came right out to my car, carried the box in for me, and quickly replaced the bulbs while walking me through the regular maintenance I should be doing. They even took Mars, my bearded dragon, outside to play in the sun while we waited! The whole process took about 40 minutes—quick, efficient, and very affordable. Mars is now a happy camper again thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend them for both products and customer care!

As my young ball python had been rapidly growing out of her initial cage, I wanted to make sure I got a quality enclosure to last her into adulthood. I wound up choosing Blackbox and after a few months in I can safely say it’s been a great upgrade! My pet has plenty of room to move around, and I’m slowly but surely making additions to the environment. I did have few questions regarding setup and maintaining certain aspects of it to make for a safe environment for my snake and I must say that their customer service is absolutely incredible! I received prompt and insightful answers to the questions that came up as I got my snake properly situated to the new environment. Fantastic purchase!

Our enclosure is beautiful! It is super well made, was assembled without complication, stunning to look at, and most importantly our Daisy loves it.
