Denise provided exceptional care for my senior cat, who has quite the feisty personality. Her patience with him was remarkable. I appreciated receiving regular updates and photos while I was away, which helped put my mind at ease. I felt confident that my cat was safe and felt comfortable during my trip away. I will definitely be using her services again!

Phenomenal services, Denise and her son are wonderful. They are reliable, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. Denise and her son provided great and passionate care to my pup Bella. I had a family emergency and needed somebody last minute to care for Bella, Top-Tier Pet Services stepped right in and immediately took care of Bella. Can not say enough great things about Denise and her son. She is so attentive to our very senior dog. Provides great real time pics, daily updates, nice walks and outside time. Since we are very new to the area she was kind enough to bring over her own doggie gate and carriage. When it’s cold outside she makes sure to use our pets jackets. She is attentive to the moodiness a senior pet can have and adjusts all as necessary. It’s been a very wonderful experience. She is dependable and responsive, has helped with last minute changes. I would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this pet-sitting company! I have a 100 pound Labrador called Midnight and they have treated my dog like family and made sure everything was taken care of while I was away. I loved getting little updates and photos, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing my boy was happy and safe. When I came home, my pet was relaxed, well-fed, and clearly loved the whole time. Super reliable, easy to work with, and you can tell they really care about animals. I’ve used their services several times and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitters you can trust!

Needed a cat sitter last minute and these people were able to fit me in and take care of my Mumbai Cat 2x a day for 2 days. Nothing was amiss and would use them again. Lady left baked goods too.
