Absolutely amazing first experience! The groomer went above and beyond with my dog’s appointment. Not only did they do an incredible job with the grooming, but they also took the time to send me photos during the visit, which was such a thoughtful touch. My dog looked perfect afterward — clean, happy, and relaxed — and it’s clear they truly care about the pets they work with. It’s hard to find someone who puts so much love and attention into what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who genuinely goes the extra mile!

I have a VERY rambunctious 1 yr old that I fear causes havoc everywhere she goes. J-Lynn staff have never, ever complained about her issues. She comes out happy, and groomed perfectly! Will be back again.

It was my puppy's first time getting groomed. She was very nervous when we first arrived, as it was a busy Saturday and very loud. That being said, they did a wonderful job with her and as a bonus gifted us with a holiday photo magnet and a certificate for her first grooming. We will definitely be back.

Let me start off by saying I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other places I have brought my dog. I found Jamie online and since that first day almost a year ago I have been bringing Harley every 5 weeks. (She is a mini double doodle and requires a lot of upkeep)!Jamie does such an incredible job on my pup and she loves going to see her and all the staff. Not only is everyone so friendly and amazing but the prices are great as well. I love the setup they have and also shopping for clothes for my pup sometimes. Thank you so much! ❤️

BEST. GROOMER. EVER!!! I cannot begin to say enough about how awesome Jaimie and her team are. They not only do a great job with the actual grooming, but they care so much, take the best care of our pups, and are so easy to communicate with. After using a few other groomers in the past I am so thankful we found Jaimie. The entire staff is amazing when it comes to meeting both of our dogs’ specific needs (one is a scaredy cat and one is a hyper nutcase!!) and to top it all off—when they’re done they send the CUTEST pics of the pups in front of monthly themed backdrops. Do not hesitate to book with them if you are looking for a groomer, you will never turn back!
