This office is so beautiful you forget you’re at the vet and think HGTV did this cool home for animal lovers. I was taking pictures of the office for home decoration ideas, lol. The staff is very friendly, even other people waiting (not many at all, not crowded) were so kind with their pets. They had been patients there for a long time, so it shows these vets are trusted. I just moved to Ormond from port orange and never used this veterinary office until a couple of weeks ago. They are quick and responsive on the phone, with getting an appointment quickly and relaying messages to the vet. When the vet isn’t in, they tell you exactly when they will be, and the message they will relay, where some offices just say they’re giving the message over yet never do. I scheduled an appointment within 2 days easily online as a new patient. Dr Long and his team did great making this scary vet day for a very nervous pup bearable. Upon entry to the lobby we were greeted with friendly staff, check in was simple, wait time was non existent. The vet tech was knowledgeable and almost made a friend with a treat. The vet addressed not only what we came in for (ear infection) but also an obvious anxiety issue. The check out was easy and fast. Thanks to Tomoka Pines Veterinary Hospital Legend will be making his way back to the beach soon. Just in time for warm weather and hopefully a little calmer.

Dr. Giltner is great. I trust her, and know she has my cats best intrest with each visit at any given time. She is knowable and explains everything and it's appreciated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the front door. The vet was helpful explaining possible causes for our cats behavior, and why bloodwork would be helpful. Had we not done bloodwork, we would not have known our cat has a thyroid issue. Not only has the team been wonderful with every visit, but the prices are more reasonable than many other veterinary offices. Highly recommend.

Doesn't deserve a star that's for sure... You know the first time I brought my fur baby to the clinic.. I was told that he had heart worms and scheduled an appointment for treatment right away...$600 treatment... something just didn't sit right with me so I listened to my gut..boy was I right.. this last time I brought him for a checkup I was told that he didn't prove positive for heartworms! Well wouldn't you know but that's good news absolutely but could you imagine if I didn't listen to my gut and brought my kid in for their treatment. I have to question the integrity of this place. This most recent visit didn't sit well with me either..
