Tolland Tails

Our girls first experience with Tolland Tails was everything we hoped it would be. Communication was quick and easy as I learned about them and came to take a look at their facility. The grounds has undergone a major transformation and provides a safe secure environment for the dogs. They have outdoor areas and also indoor areas for feeding and breaks. Drop off and pick up times were perfect for our needs and they made it a quick and easy experience. Josie, our very energetic 1.5 yr old Husky, clearly had a blast with all the dogs staying there with her. She came home ate her dinner and slept very soundly the rest of the night. More than five stars! I have been bringing my dog here since she was eight weeks old and she is nearly 3. It is the best I have ever seen. The staff and their experience levels, and their care is exemplary. This business goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The staff is so attentive and caring, and our dog always comes home happy and exhausted from a day of play. The fact that they have a grooming service is great too! It's so convenient to have both daycare and grooming in one place. Highly recommend!

Experience was less than desireable - Called the kennel looking for info on availability and paperwork needed to book boarding our new pup over April break. After I printed, gathered and filled out all the paperwork, I called back to confirm I wanted to reserve a spot and pin down what else was needed to secure a reservation. I had a lengthy discussion with the person on the other end of the phone around many details. The first being that I wanted to bring the paperwork when I dropped off for boarding, and was told that was fine. Other topics included I would like to be notified if they decided they needed an emergency vet visit, and that we should bring the pups own food due to an issue with chicken in the dogs diet.
