Fenton River Veterinary Hospital

I had to put my beloved dog Rosalind down and I cannot express enough how kind and compassionate the team at Fenton River Tolland was. They had a soft blanket laid down for her and lots of good snacks and treats waiting for us. They explained the whole process to me and gave me plenty of time to snuggle with my girl. A special mention to Dr. Batty, who is the kindest and most intuitive vet I've ever had. It would have been so much more difficult without him. They took care of us so well and made a horrible moment less awful. They also provided a beautiful urn with Rosie's ashes and a paw print. I will be forever grateful to everyone there.

Absolutely love Fenton River Veterinary Hospital! They have 3 locations so they can get you in when you need it! They also have emergency staff on call! They do house visits if needed and all types of animals. They have been our vets for about 10 years, taking care of our furbabies from birth to grey hair. 8 dogs & farm animals. Surgeries, pregnancies, emergencies, routine visits, and more. We had to put our sweet boy Spruce down last year due to cancer, so they came out to our farm, and were absolutely amazing in helping with his passing in his favorite spot by our pond last year ❤️ I have worked with many other vets before them and I can’t imagine going back to any other! Thank you FRV, we love you!

My wife and I would like to sincerely thank Fenton river Vet for realizing that our cat was in congestive heart failure. We brought him in for a physical and they quickly got on the phone and we were able to get him to the vet hospital in Middletown. We want to especially thank the doctor and a very special thanks to the vet technician Christian. He was so Caring and felt so much empathy with us. Thank you Christian. Fenton river Vet is very lucky to have you. Thank you, Troy, my wife, Kim, and our little boy Gavin he’s home doing fine now.

I am a first time pet owner and had no idea what to look for when picking a vet. We picked Fenton River because it’s close by and we are so glad we did! The staff is pleasant and caring. They take great care of our kitten Tony. When we took her in to get spayed, I was a little nervous, but they were so kind, helpful, organized, and professional. I left feeling confident that she was good hands. Definitely recommend.

I want to Thank Fenton River Hospital. Especially Dr Zulick. I brought my cat Lulu in because she wasn’t feeling well at all. Dr Zulick was very gentle and awfully kind. I would definitely recommend them.
