We had a wonderful experience with Todd Marcus Birds Exotic and couldn’t be happier with our new African Grey. She’s still settling in and getting to know us, but she is already so sweet, playful, and full of personality. She loves her fruits and veggies and is clearly well cared for and socialized. From start to finish, every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. You can truly tell they love what they do and care deeply about their birds. One thing that really stood out to us was that they took the time needed to properly wean her instead of rushing the process — that alone speaks volumes about the level of care and responsibility they have. Shipped parrot - I purchased an Umbrella Cockatoo via a photo of her & had her shipped 10 days ago. We were unable to make the long 5 hour drive, one way, to see her in person. She wasn’t weaned yet, so we had to wait a month & then we had her shipped. Chris answered all my questions about her & the shipping process in detail. Chris made sure she was crated like Fort Knox, LOL. He put wire mesh over all openings. It was taped & zip tied it in place, including over the door. The door was zip tied as well. There was a nice layer of paper bedding, a perch & a dish full of apple chunks. Many stickers stating live animal, airport info stickers, etc. Three pounds of pellet mix was attached to the top of the crate & all papers. He also gave me a website to track her flight. Had an amazing experience finding a new cage for our 15-year-old black-capped conure! Chris and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, patiently answering all of our questions. We drove over an hour to visit the shop, and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Todd Marcus Birds Exotic for all your bird needs—we will definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible experience every single time I go there. The birds there are so soo well taken care of and well socialized. The staff are amazing, always helping everyone however they can. They always answer any and all questions people may have. I 100% plan to get my next bird from them. They're definitely worth the price. My sister and I go there just to hang out with the birds and staff all the time! 😊

Todd Marcus is truly a magical place, from the moment you enter the store there is this feeling like none other. You’re greeted by friendly employees, usually there are other customers there with their birds shopping, the whole vibe is just so welcoming. They have every kind of bird toy and Product imaginable as well as custom blends of carefully curated bird foods, treats, bird supplies that you never wouldn’t realized that you needed as well! There’s an entire giant back section where you can interact with all of their birds. This is where we met our dream bird, whom we affectionately named Poppy.
