I had an extremely frustrating experience with the grooming services at this PetSmart twice. The first time I brought my dog in for a bath, they refused service because he had stitches in his ear from a procedure done two months prior at a different location. My regular vet later confirmed that my dog could have safely received a bath and that the stitches were designed to fall out on their own over time. I waited a couple more months for the stitches to come out and brought him back to the same grooming location, only to be told after dropping him off that they couldn’t bathe him again. This time, the reason was that he seemed “too stressed” in the kennel and had knocked over his water bowl. What makes this even more confusing is that at his vet appointment, he was kenneled from 7:00 A

it's been nice here ..but just got told have to wait almost 2 hours to buy a mouse because the girl up front doesnt have anyone there & ....noones cross trained- ill go somewhere else for my business.

This is the worst place in the entire world that you should take your dog to get groomed. Beware.. They are completely unqualified my puppy came home with cut up paws and both eyes were cut so close upon getting her home I realized both her eyes were cut and bleeding. My puppy had been previously going to a groomer who she loved but due to convenience I took her to PetSmart delran the haircut was a traumatic experience for her she was shaking and jumped right into my arms. I want to let everyone know don't trust this place for grooming. The groomers at my time of going look so young like they are still in highschool or early college and the act like they know everything when I called they said they had to cut close because she had an adult flea on her face. Rose and other groomers present showed no care or patience with my dog for her first groom! I was called 7 minutes after dropping off my 23 pound non aggressive puppy and was told I need to pick her up because she’s nervous and trying to bite. Rose did not take the time to acclimate my dog to the atmosphere or to herself. She did not exercise any patience or care and instead decided she did not Feel like taking the time to properly groom my dog! It gave lazy and out of touch!

I go here for fish and things for my tank. I bought a glofish fluorescent light for my 75-gallon tank the last week of June. It worked pretty well for what it is. I can't say I was 100% satisfied with the amount of light. However, I used it for about 2 weeks, and it just stopped working. I had already trashed the box and wasn't sure what I did with the receipt. I took the light back, had no box or receipt, and the manager was excellent! She pulled up my account from my phone number, printed out my last receipt, and asked for my credit card to return the money. I told her I didn't want the money back, but I wanted a replacement. She told me to go grab one, and that was that! I got the replacement, went over, and bought a few grass shrimp and 2 fish, and that was it! I was a little disappoin
