The only place to bring your pets in Clear Lake area. They have cared for my cats for over 10 years. Through healthy times and more difficult times, they have maintained absolutely fabulous care me and my cats. My friends with dogs also rave about their care after I've referred them to TLC. They really do care about their patients and their owners and it shows with every visit or phone call.

We scheduled our dog to be looked at for an apparant injury for 9am. After dropping the kids off at school (their first day) she realized she would be a few minutes late to the appointment. She tried calling and there was no answer. She was able to get there around 9:10 and was told they could no longer see our dog due to being late. When my wife said she tried calling they said their phones were down. My wife asked how that was our fault and that the dog needed to be seen. YThey said to come back at 4:30, which was not an option for us. They called and left a message at 4:32 to say we needed to be courteous and let them know if we were coming or not.
