Renee is awesome. I have had her groom my dogs for 25 years! I met her when she lived on the Eastside of Cleveland, and now I commute from Solon to N Olmsted because she is just that good! Tip of the tail Grooming is reasonably priced and clean. The atmosphere is calm, starting with Renee herself. She is patient with the dogs, and gentle ( I have seen her groom over the years). She does not take in more dogs than she can handle in the time slots, so there are no dogs barking for hours waiting to be groomed. Lastly, Renee listens to what you want done, and if it needs a tweak, she will get it right by the second groom. No horror stories upon pick up ! We recently relocated to the NE Ohio area and I passed Tip of the Tail Grooming one day and decided to give them a try. Renee and her staff are so awesome. They truly care about your pups like they are their own! From the cute bandanas, the attention to detail while grooming & the nice pics she sends while she has your baby in her care. I cannot recommend her and her salon enough. My standard poodle has never looked better!

Just moved to the area and I have always tried to groom my dogs myself for many reasons. It’s been a while since I’ve paid someone to do it and usually that would be a friend or family member. I decided to try tip of the tail grooming, Denise was the person I originally spoke to. She was incredibly nice and professional. Rene had groomed my dogs with her assistant Jaden and all were exceptional. We will absolutely be going back. Thanks again ladies!

I have known Renee for more years than I can count. She is by far the best groomer I have taken any of my dogs to! She listens to what you want done, and follows your instructions, she knows how to groom all the breeds and does it to perfection. ( I have an Australian Shepherd, and they can be a challenge to groom correctly. (When she moved from the Eastside to N.Olmsted, I had to use local groomers… No comparison!) How good is Renee? I commute from Solon to N. Olmsted every six weeks.. I won’t go anywhere else!
