My large dog was in bad shape with decayed teeth and a severe infection. So glad I found Dr. Raina and his staff. Everyone was polite, professional, and caring. My beloved pet is now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr. Raina's expertise and knowledge. I am retired and on a fixed income and Dr Raina kept his procedures as affordable as possible considering the amount of work to be done. Took my cat Mocha here for an ear infection. Charged $640 and he mutilated his ear. When we brought him back he tried charged us another $400. Now his ear does not stand upright and took 3 months to heal from the wounds. We had to take him to another vet and received much better care for a more reasonable price. All my family and several friends have had negative experiences with this vet. I do not recommend this vet at all.

Dr. Raina and staff (Sally, Mary, Patty) have been taking excellent care of our dog since he was a puppy, which was 10 years ago now. Our dog needed two procedures in the past nine months, including one that was somewhat urgent. For the latter, the staff worked in the initial evaluation within a couple hours of our phone call, and the procedure took place the very next day! They were also very thorough in scheduling post-procedure follow-up visits. A complication arose between follow-up visits and they made time to see our dog same-day and even performed another procedure that day to address the complication. Dr. Raina and staff really care about their patients and go above and beyond to take care of them. I highly recommend North Olmsted Animal Hospital!

Absolutely amazing service! I called to make an appointment for my dog to get her heart mur mur checked out. Thinking I would wait a few days for an appointment. They instead got me in same day and did labs and xray The doctor is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the animals he has as patients. The front desk workers are also phenomenal. I will be returning to their office for all of my dogs needs!

Dr. Raina truly is awesome. He has saved my dogs life twice now! He is very caring and knowledgeable. Our family will forever be grateful for him.
