Tiny Paws - Ruckersville VA.

My husband and I we recently adopted corgi on December 5. We named the corgi Frodo. We got the puppy checked out by the vet with the poop stole, the puppy came back with worm and parasite. We have tried contacting the people due to the contract and still no answer. The puppy cannot stop throwing up. What can we do with the puppy? Since we are not getting any answers back at all. This is the worst not happy as a client. I cannot believe, we got puppy who has worms and parasite that we paid money for. The worst place ever, they never respond back to their own business when the puppy that they sold us have parasites and worms and we are here stuck taking care of sick puppy. Place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Wow reading all these bad reviews yet the SAME!! Place is pathetic! Sold my daughter a very SICK pup! Lots of vomit and runny bloody stool! Vet said was parasite 🦠 (Been on meds for 4 days still not better!) Which is highly contagious to other pups! Which we HAVE! Don’t even know if dog is fully purebred! Don’t recommend this place! Poor dogs there 😢

This place is pitiful. Who wants to spend over $3,000. to adopt a dog. Very dirty little kennels. A couple of the dogs looked matted n dirty. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone. These people should not be in business for any reason. The puppies deserve so much better than what's here. But, prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!

The puppies are object to them. We purchased a 7-month-old Pomsky on Christmas Eve 2025 for about $2100. Within 24 hours, unexpected medical (allergy) and family issues arose (my son's anxiety increased), and we requested a return, which was denied. Follow-ups to management went unanswered. We had to place the puppy with a professional dog sitter at our own expense to find a new home. The breeder information did not include a direct phone number or email to contact to return the puppy. Assistance with rehoming was mentioned by the shop but did not result in any actual connections or follow-up. We looked for a new home for three weeks and ended up surrendering our puppy. -------------------- I have proof that the breeder is a high volume breeder, producing 40 to 60 puppies.

We bought a mini golden doodle the end of December 2025. We took her to the vet within the 14 days they required. Our new baby had a parasite , worms and both ears infected. After a $400+ vet bill, she is finally feeling better. Follow up appointment in early February. I contacted Tiny Paws via text message (that’s the only way to contact them). I informed them of the vet visit. I have received no communication from Tiny Paws. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of concern, especially after we paid a lot of money to purchase the pet.
