Best vet we’ve ever been to! Very caring / knows what he’s doing and has great employees ! Very reasonably priced!

We brought our standard poodle in for a short cut, we wanted something cooler for the summer. We’ve brought her here twice before with good results as a puppy ( typical puppy cut). This time however the cut was uneven and they did a terrible job of trimming her top knot and ears. It looked quite amateurish. I will have to look for a different groomer in the future.

Reception is always rude and very impatient. In the times of today the quality of a phone call is critical for continued growth and success of a business. I hear good things about Dr. Hagan but cannot trust it because of the front office staff that he has representing him and his brand. I myself work in customer service and cannot fathom interacting with the reception team at this clinic with my pets because I do not get a caring, compassionate or even welcoming feeling just from a phone conversation. If answering a phone and providing information is a bother please retire, relocate or take a training class to do better because it is unacceptable.

Best vet I’ve ever been to, and the staff are super sweet. Dr. Hagan is quick and efficient and knows how to treat your animal. Doesn’t do a bunch of unnecessary testing to “figure out” what’s going on. If he knows how to treat it, he treats it. Very responsibly priced. Their groomers are amazing also. Lisa grooms my standard poodle and I’ve always been 100% pleased with her work.

My husband and I had to kennel our fur-baby Thor for our wedding weekend. He was there 2 days total and very well cared for. I was completely against ever kennelling my dog but this experience has totally changed that. Dr. Hagan and his staff were excellent. They cared for him like he was their own pet. He was happy, healthy and enjoyed playing with the other dogs surrounded by fresh air and the beauty of the countryside. They were VERY reasonably priced. It was comforting having him under the care of a veterinarian and his dedicated staff. I was resistant to this at first but now.... Dr. Hagan's facility is better than anyone could ask for. Your pets are safe and loved there.
