Tiny Paws Dog Grooming

We are new to the area and didn't know a good groomer. I read about Tiny Paws and decided to take our Yorkie there. Kim, the owner and Groomer, was so pleasant and friendly. Our dog is elderly and she listened intently about all his special needs. She was so gentle with our Rocky. When I picked him up, he looked great!!! Just like the picture I showed Kim. He was relaxed and not nervous. She took great care of Rocky. I appreciate that kind of service very much. Rocky will definitely be back to Tiny Paws, and so will our 3 year old Buddy!! Highly recommend Tiny Paws Dog Grooming!! I give them an A+ !!

Wonderful grooming for my rescue toy poodle. He has a bum leg and Kim is super gentle. I like that he comes home smelling clean and fresh but NOT perfumed!

Kim the owner is the best dog groomer. She makes our pups look so beautiful. We have been to quite a few places before we found her and she is by far the best. She treats us and our dogs like family. We trust her to take good care of our pups and we drive 30 minutes to her because we love what she does :)

Our nearly 17 year old pup gets the best treatment here! Love the owner’s calm persona, and love that there aren’t “5 other dogs” there at the same time. It’s like a one on one custom grooming. Our pup is in and out in less than an hour, too! So happy with this place!

If I could give a zero I would. I was shocked at how rude Kim was. She had to reschedule my appointment (which was already two and half weeks out) and then blamed me for not getting back to her sooner when she wanted to reschedule another week out from there. Horrible customer service. Also, she had no idea not to shave a Pomsky down too short because it will ruin their coat and their ability to self-regulate their body temperature. She told me that she shaved every breed her whole life and had never heard not to. Lady, just because you've been doing something your whole life doesn't mean it is the proper way to do it.
