Timberview Animal Hospital

I have had my fair share of awful veterinarians. To my surprise this was not the case when I took my cat in as she had pyometra. I was fully expecting the painful experience we had encountered when taking animals to the vet before. It was not the case at all! Dr.Wynn is hands down the best veterinarian! She actually cares about her patients. She loves what she does and her patients. She is an angel. I could of had a different outcome for my cat being i was under financial strain, but Dr.Wynn cared enough to do what was in the best interest of my sweet girl. She got her surgery because of Dr.Wynn, she is healed and happy and honestly you would of never know she had a surgery the first day I brought her home. The staff is so nice, caring and loved my sweet girl her night away from home

The staff here has always been fantastic and excellent at handling things. Dr. Wynn is very experienced and professional. They've been excellent helping us with the health and care of our cat and, most recently, were compassionate and professional when we had to put her down for declining health. I had a bad experience years from another place when we had to euthanize our other cat, but Dr. Wynn and her staff were we expertly fluent in a smooth painless passing which was extremely important to me. The negative comments are primarily people who want a vet that makes them feel good. I'd much rather have Dr. Wynn who tells what you need to know without the fluff. If you don't act entitled and don't want sugarcoating to make you feel better, then she's the person to trust your pets to.

Dr Wynn's first recommendation was just to kill my dog just because she has an incontinence issue. They charged $500 to tell me that. She's got time left in her and she's happy. Absolutely horrible experience and thankfully my girl is still alive and happy. The front desk people are extremely nice though, I hope they leave this clinic and work for someone better.

Edit: fr 5-star to 2-star…since I wrote my review, I lost my job and my shelter. (About to be hired on with another home health agency to be my daughter’s paid caregiver, won’t be jobless for long). My profoundly disabled child is in the hospital and has been put on supplemental oxygen 24/7. They will not release her until we have a shelter to go to, since I can’t plug in an O2 concentrator in my car. My dog isn’t welcome at the shelters. I asked Timberview for a discount on boarding so I don’t have to surrender my dog. I can’t afford $40/night when I don’t have a job. They refused. Now I will have to surrender my dog to the humane society so I can get my kid out of this hospital. Thanks for being so understanding of a person’a life when they have extremely extenuating circumstance. 🙄 The
