Though my little Chloe Marie (cat) doesn't particularly like the vet, she does fairly well at this vet. I've been to a few prior to 2021 where I've walked out and cried - I know that sounds pathetic, but when someone treats your fur baby like a transaction, you'd understand. Dr. Hill is the absolute BEST and I truly think he is a cat whisperer. I've never had a bad experience. The techs are very in it for the passion of all the animals they see. I want to say they even had one tech for the longest time who went on to vet school, so they definitely choose their team well. I love how everyone treats Chloe and how they adapt to her feisty/sassy personality. Some notable moments where they went above and beyond for Chloe was during post-Covid and being so accommodating. Timberline - with the Dr’s Hill - - is an awesome veterinary practice. I’ve stayed with the practice when took over and our family has absolutely no regrets. The annual plan is great - especially with a new puppy. They’ve loved and cared for my sweet Liberty since she was a not so little baby ❤️❤️. They genuinely care and take the time with each patient to ensure the best care! Wholeheartedly recommend :).

The amazing staff at Timberline Veterinary Hospital has always exceeded my expectations. Sammy has always been treated like family there. They have preformed major dental work and treated him for his pancreatitis. He hasn't been in such good health in years. When my long time vet retired I was on the hunt for a new one. I did not want one that was part of a huge corporation, just a small practice. Timberline Veterinary Hospital fit the bill. I was able to forward my cats records, make a timely appointment and receive a seniors discount. Dr. John Hill was great to work with and the office staff were courteous and professional. I look forward to a long beneficial relationship.

I ❤️❤️❤️ this office! I’ve been taking my animals here for 20 years. Everyone is so kind and never in a rush to push us thru. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and never push products or procedures-they only make recommendations if needed. There are at least 5 veterinary clinics closer to my home but I make the drive so my dog can see the best in the business!
