If you live in this area this vet is the best in my opinion. I tried all the ones in this area. I tried the cheapest on HW24 and each time I took my pet there it felt like the eyeball surgical scene off Minority Report movie with the moldy sandwich in the fridge except it was moldy urine smells. The vet I had before was good but he had to retire due to his personal medical conditions. He gave good advice though. He said "It costs money to run a good vet so the cheapest is never the best for your furry loved ones." The service is also very good at TimberCreek. They take their time and make sure you understand what's going on (I'm deaf and use hearing aids) with your furry family member. They take my concerns seriously and investigate everything. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming for starters. About two years ago, my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and I can’t thank Dr. Anderson and everyone else involved for offering a solution for him to have a longer life with us. I feel like they really care about their patients and want the best for them. They also offer boarding for pets which I used here and there when I was out of town and they handled him very well. I truly trust this place and I recommend this place to anyone who wants nothing but the best care for their pets.

i’ve started coming to timbercreek with my stray cat, sunset, and everyone was so kind and professional that i knew i would bring my cat, charlie, here as well. i worked closely with dr. mcatee as my charlie boy was diagnosed with cancer, who was extremely compassionate and thoroughly explained every option that i had. i made the difficult decision to put charlie down yesterday and the staff at timbercreek was nothing but kind and compassionate. little details that i didn’t even think of made the world to me: not having to check in when i got there, a blanket on the table, giving me as much time as i wanted with him, having the door held open for me when i left. every small detail made this difficult process just a little bit easier. i highly recommend timbercreek, every time i call they a

I unfortunately had to put down my cat suddenly & unexpectedly. It was my first experience with timbercreek and the doctor, tech, and receptionist were all so incredibly kind and compassionate. They made a hard situation easier to cope with as I know my iris was in great hands & was able to pass peacefully, that's all I could've asked for. The prints & sympathy card was also such a kind gesture and made my day, I will forever be grateful. Thank you timbercreek ❤

only giving 1 star because my cat came back alive and physically unharmed from boarding. she stayed there 4 days, the initial drop off the receptionists sent me to 2 different building when i asked abt boarding and when i got to the “correct” one they let me know that cat boarding was at the first building i was at so i went back and told the receptionist that this was supposedly the correct building for boarding my cat, they proceed to say “well u didn’t say it was a cat” i apologized and went and got my cat after confirming this was the correct building. when i picked her up it took well over 15 minutes to even get her.the receptionist was texting the whole time and continued to say she couldn’t find her, not once clarifying that she was apparently talking abt that chart and not my actu
