Timber Ridge Kennels

We left our two Bernese Mountain Dogs here while we were in Hawaii, and we couldn’t have been more comfortable with the care they received. From the start, the staff were professional, attentive, and easy to work with. We upgraded for the daily updates on what the dogs were up to, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. One of our dogs has anxiety and food allergies, so we’re pretty particular about her care. The team handled it extremely well. They listened carefully to our instructions, were thoughtful about her specific needs, and she bonded closely with the staff. She still remembers Andrea, who took especially great care of both dogs. Unmatched care! Daisy had another wonderful stay at Timber Ridge. She is treated like family with lots of cuddles and exercise. The GPS tracker showed she got brought out for an extra two walks from what I signed up for. They are very thoughtful and careful in her feeding and understanding Daisy’s nuances. There are AC units right in the dogs’ sleeping quarters. The whole crew loves animals, you can tell when you walk in or call. Daisy adores them and gets excited when we pull up! This last time I upgraded to a suite and got updates on how her day went, with pictures and videos daily. She’s super relaxed when I pick her up. So happy we have such great care for our sweet girl so closeby. Thank you to the dedicated team and knowledgeable owners. You guys are all terrific!

I toured the facility recently and was so surprised how clean it was. There were so many activities: training, puzzles, outdoor pens, and even daycare where they do crafts, ball time, Kong/ treat time, private walks and other enrichment activities. I boarded my three dogs there already a bunch this summer and the staff and owner are lovely. The training session I came on site for was excellent! They are attentive, caring of each of my dogs’ individual personalities. The tracker had them going from the indoor facility to the outdoor facility all day long. Lucky dogs to also get a vacation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch care at a very good price.

We had such a fantastic experience at TR Kennels! The new owner is incredibly caring and truly took the time to understand our dog Walter’s specific needs. It’s so rare to find that kind of personal attention these days, and it made all the difference. Walter tends to get hot easily, so we were especially grateful that the AC was kept nice and cool for him! We booked one of the suites, and it was absolutely worth every penny. The comfort and peace of mind it gave us was priceless and he got to play in the dog park. Soooo I occasional leave my sweet German Shepard Taura at kennels and have recently relocated to the PA/NY area and was told that Timber Ridge was the kennel to leave my girl at when I went on my occasional rentals. I'm an overly protective dad so I was concern about a new kennel relationship, but the reviews were good. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, supporting and absolutely attentive the crew was and how reasonably priced as well.... Not only did I receive photos and feedback as to how Taura was doing while I was away, but the communication was also very pleasant and uplifting so I was very happy about my girls stay and when I picked her up as usual she was happy to see me but as each of the crew came into the lobby she switched off to greet each one of them which
