Otterkill Animal Hospital

Bentley and I loved Otterkill. We did not wait for hours to get called and get our informations, right before we walking into the door we were immediately called. They were very informative about almost everything. Our vet tech, Gina, was very sweet towards my pup. They had little photoshoot with him since he is new. Overall they were all sweet and very nice. They gave Bentley puppy goodies as well❤️🤍

We love Otterkill! Our cat is pretty aggressive and the techs and vet are amazing with her! Dr Melanie is so chill, even when Ella refuses to use her company manners. I really appreciate the support and care provided AND the up-to-date medical and treatment knowledge.

Everyone at Otterkill is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I can tell that they all love the animals and love their jobs. The care that they show my cat, Rudy, is very appreciated. I would recommend Otterkill Animal Hospital without question!

Specific to Dr Melanie Haines: I had a great experience with Dr Haines for my dog. She really took the time to explain all the issues we were having, the treatment options and best way to get her to feel better (lots of itchies and even a limp!) Super friendly and compassionate.

All four of my cats are patients at Otterkill and I know they get the very best care there. The staff is always happy to see my cats, make sure they are up to date on all their preventative care, and always take the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. I’m confident that they provide the best care without recommending unnecessary treatments. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.
