Not impressed at all. I went there to buy a Ball Python. They keep most of them in the back in clouded bins and don't let you handle them. They claimed I was getting a HET mystic clown sub-adult and they put it in a white pillow case up front. When I got it home and took it out of the bag, what I received was a wild Normal Adult. While it is healthy, it's not what I was in the market for. She ended up being 37" at 675g. I also bought some F/T rats for her. They were supposed to be 50-70G, yet when I weighed them, they were 30G a piece. Once thawed, they had a horrid smell, no snakes wanted anything to do with em. I don't feel like this is a way to do business, just be up front and honest. I took the snake to the vet as it also came home with a RI. The vet also states it was not a Mystic

Great selection of pets , puppies kittens parrots fish bunnies hamsters axolotyls budgies. We ended up adopting a bichon/shihtzu puppy he was totally worth it.

BEWARE FISH HAVE ICH!!! This store doesn’t treat nor quarantine their new fish, if they did then my established tank of 2 years wouldn’t have become infested with ich (a microscopic parasite) after introducing fish that I bought from THIS STORE!!! Hadn’t added fish to my tank in a few years and figured it could use some more livelihood in it, and now I really wish I had left it alone. Paid $75 for most of those fish to die and not only that but infected my tank with $200+ worth of money put into it already. Just sad how this business is running.

I love this store and Mike is great!!! Love strolling around looking at all the beauty this locally owned pet store has. Such clean and healthy environment for the creatures there.

Seriously concerned about the health of the animals. Especially the birds. Over crowded and dirty cages. Staff was ok, prices were reasonable. Hopefully they start taking the animals health and cleanliness more seriously.
