Paw Paradise, LLC

I had been denied by 2 vets for boarding because my dog is a handful. I was recommended to Paw Paradise and I am so happy we took up on it. They sat with my dog outside for 20 minutes so my dog would get used to them. They took the time and effort to connect with him. He did fantastic during his stay and we will be back!!! Thank you Hannah, Emma and everyone else who loves on him!!!!

They was very professional and cared for my little baby like she was mine... I called and checked on her every other day and got good reports.. very pleased with them.. Will use them again...

I tried to board my pet for thanksgiving and made a deposit. On Monday before Thanksgiving I called verified shot records and made time arrangement to drop off my pet. When i arrived just before scheduled time I was not able to board my pet as they had closed hours earlier due to the holidays, I had been given the wrong hours over the phone. Paw Paradise refused to even refund the deposit. I was shocked after viewing Paw Paradise' response to my post. I showed up at the time agreed to, just before 4pm Wednesday. I did knock repeatedly and called their phone repeatedly for over 30 minutes as there were cars there. I was later told that they actually closed at noon (and later told that they closed at 10am) and employees are not allowed to answer the phone or door after hours, and that m

Paw Paradise is simply the best. Hands down. We can go on vacation knowing they are taken care of and given plenty of attention and affection. A special thanks to Hannah!! She took extra care of our older fur baby Sassy last week and gave us updates while we were gone. Thank you Hannah!!

Such a pleasant experience! Everything was clear, and organized and fairly priced. I will use them for our next boarding needs. I had no doubt in my mind that my 2 little guys would be happy and okay when I got back from vacation!!
