When you drive into the gate it feels like you are in the country, this place is well established. First I had been looking for awhile to find the right groomer, I called and asked a couple of questions which were answered with kindness and felt they really cared, not like some others, that was a big plus. I had talked to Erica a couple of times to see if she could do certain styles on my poodles, she said yes, why I liked her as well , was number 1 super nice and she knew her Art in styling dogs especially poodles, I was thrilled to hear that and found out she loves to do the unique styles, so she’s more of an artist in the grooming, and I have been looking for that. Nikki is the best groomer! I have been to other groomers and my pup always ends up having razor burn. I came in with a really messy looking doodle and came out with the most beautiful doggie! So soft and happy 😍 Affordable prices and a very welcoming staff.

We left our pet for 8 days. Our pet came home acting completely different and very scared. We had to re-train him with everything. He lost a lot of weight, his house was not cleaned and his poop was stuck in his old wound causing wound reopen... Terrible experience... Guys if you have guinea pig or exotic pat just avoid dis PET HOTEL CARE.....!! Just to finish, maybe is good for Cats or Dogs but EXOTIC PET, BIG NO...!!! If I can give you zero star I WILL !!

My sister was delayed in traffic and didn't arrive until 30 minutes after the cut off pick up time . The young lady was so nice, she stayed until we arrived and had such a pleasant attitude.
