TidyDog Germantown

I had such a great experience with TidyDog! After a disappointing visit with a previous groomer, I’d been looking for a good local option. TidyDog ran a promo at my apartment complex, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. My dog looks so handsome—I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Job well done! Excellent customer service & proper explanations for the desired haircut! They were even able to handle cutting his nails (he’s very dramatic!) 10/10 would recommend! *Update* I took both my boys for a maintenance service & Layne took outstanding care of them! Whatever shampoo/conditioner he used has my boys smelling sooo good!

I have been to tidy dog in Germantown a couple of times now, they are just the best! My dog always looks great! This time, my mini poodle was pretty matted going in, and his groomer handled it perfectly. Very good price for the quality work. And they are so nice!

TidyDog did an amazing job with my two pups! All the staff were extremely friendly and you can tell they’re people who truly love dogs. The booking process was also the easiest I’ve ever experienced with a groomer. Super quick to book online and they communicate quickly via text after your booking to make sure you’re squared away for your visit. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be returning!

I took my golden here for a light trim and to get his coat cleaned up, bathed and deshedded. It was my first time going, but the site and booking confirmation said they take a minimum of 4 hours. He was done within 2.5 hours which was nice, i just figured maybe they didn’t have many dogs. But when I picked him up, he didn’t even look groomed. He didn’t smell good, he still had eye drainage, his ears didn’t smell or look cleaner. I think maybe they just trimmed him up as you can tell he did get trimmed on his under carriage and paws, but that’s about it. I was sad bc the reviews were so good. Maybe they were just having an off day, but the first experience was definitely a bummer for the price.
