I left my three cats in the care of Music City Cats for one week and I was completely blown away by the service. The process to get started is streamlined and professional. They come to your home for an introduction and to gather information. This was so complete, they even asked me things I hadn't even thought to include in the paperwork. They are very detail-oriented which gave me confidence they could take care of my three, even with one cat needing daily medication and other as-needed medications for various health issues. Music City Cats is a team of angels and cat whisperers! They have taken care of my boys a few times now and have always gone above and beyond to make things as perfect as can be while I'm gone. From feeding food and treats to playing, brushing, and cuddling, they totally pamper my cats. They send detailed and thoughtful updates after each visit and always include adorable high quality photos of the cats, throwing in a photo of a clean litter box for good measure. I also love that they take away empty wet food cans and clean the sink after feeding, making sure that nothing could make the house smell bad.
