Super nice staff. Honest people. You can see they love and care for animals. My cat needed some care. They guided me on what to do and my cat is all better. They deserve more than 5 stars. Jazzy says Thank you so much.

I took my dog in on Sunday to have her evaluated for a back injury. The entire staff was amazing from reception, tech, and doctor. They made an accommodation for me to sneak Tonks in a back door since she is dog aggressive, which made things less stressful for everyone. The evaluation was thorough and they even hyped up her ego by complementing her features which she loves. And gave her lots of snackies. They apologized for the wait, which I think beginning to end was about an hour which is more than reasonable for an unscheduled appointment. Waiting is a privilege, you never want to win Triage. She seemed less stressed in this office more than others, I think she enjoyed that she could see shadows through the door and even watch under the gap in the door, it gave her something to do. The

We had one of the worst things happen as pet parents and this clinic saved my dogs life. My dog is not an easy patient either but they showed only compassion and kindness for her and our situation. Very reputable people and exceptional experience with how scared and emotional I was. They truly made us feel like everything is okay. Thank you all so much for your care of my dog. She’s my best friend and I really would recommend them to anyone in a medical emergency.

I don’t know if I ever did write a review but I need to share my story. Fishing on Hubbard lake and my dog Zeus a “French Bulldog “ decided to eat a minnow with a fishing hook on it attached to a big bell sinker. Out of town Vet Pol in Weidman 3 hours away wasn’t an option. I made a tough judgement call and so glad I did. She took a x ray and said I think I can get it. It brought relief just hearing that as I was a wreck. 5-10 minutes later she came out with a hook in a bottle labeled “the one that got away” lol. They could have easily charged me a ton of money with no questions and I left with a dog doing great and my credit card still had fishing money left lol. Zeus is now about 9.5 years and doing great. He told me to tell you guys thank you.

100/10. This urgent care vet was SO kind and friendly when I called them on a Sunday to bring my lab in for an eye injury. The place was very clean and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend and will use them for anything needed in the future.
