My Pets and I Love THRIVE @ The Heights!! My pets actually LIKE going to the vet and run towards the building every times I appreciate how clean the Facility is, how warm of a welcome we get everything and how kind everyone is to my fur babies. I appreciate organization and that is The Heights location! My dogs favorite is Ms Niesha the manager. They love her so much and we all Appreciates when she gives them pup cups! If your pets are family like mine, take them to Thrive at the Heights. 100/10 Would recommend!!!!! Thanks you guys, can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Dr. Kevin was incredibly helpful with my cats ruptured anal gland. He listened to all my concerns and was never condescending and never made me feel like I didn’t know what was I talking about. He did a day off sedation to clean everything out and was very transparent with everything going on with her. She had a probably mass that he suggested we wait to send samples out to pathology so that I didn’t spend more money for something that wasn’t a confirmed issue yet. I was quoted more than what I actually paid so there was no sticker shock on the bill for my visit. I will definitely be making this my cats regular clinic.

I used to go to the Katy/Gaston location, but recently moved into town. I have to say that THIS location (19th St. The Heights) is Countless times better, friendlier, more helpful, thoughtful, cleaner, and everything you’d want in a Vet Clinic to care for your pets!! Everyone I’ve met is just incredible, but Katie & Niesha are absolutely irreplaceable! In a world that’s increasingly become difficult to find employees that care for your customers with complete authentic service, these two really prove it can be done!!! Best Vet Office EVER!

I used to go to thrive when it was at Petco but when they were all turned into vetco’s, out of laziness, I just kept going to the same place. But for too long I felt like my concerns were never actually addressed, the vet was condescending and the price was not affordable. I finally switched back to thrive when I saw their heights location, and I really wish I’d done it sooner! All the concerns I had were actually symptoms of a way bigger issue, and the vets here have been so caring and on top of everything. We now come here often but my scared dog is does not freak out and try to run away like she has at all other vets. They even have a pup cup bar for pets!

I brought my dog Chester in the other day and right when I walked in I was greeted by Alex at the front desk. She was very nice and made sure everything was set for my appointment. Taking Chester back, Liz was the technician who helped me. She immediately was welcoming saying hello to Chester and me. I could clearly see how much she cares for animals! They took such good care of him, and once they had fully examined him, Liz was intentional in describing all of the recommendations in detail. She answered all of my questions happily and thoroughly. Highly recommend!
