I love Thrive but I absolutely LOVE Courtney at the Round Rock location! When I call over the phone or walk in and speak to Courtney, she always puts a smile on my face, she’s so sweet, kind, fast at her job and she’s amazing with my fur babies! Courtney has helped me out both for regular visits and in the urgent care as well. Courtney is a huge reason why I could not see myself taking my fur babies to a different location and I have gone to the Cedar Park and North Austin locations as well. Courtney makes us feel welcome and loved in a very professional manner. I’m sure if ya have had Courtney help ya before, you know exactly what I mean. I recently had to put down my first baby I’ve had due to declining health conditions and I was so stressed out and so heart broken about everything going on. I can’t say thank you enough to how much the people at thrive made it very comfortable for me to go through this very hard process. not only did they provide me as much time as I needed to say goodbye but they also made it very simple and easy to go through this process so I don’t have to focus on other things other than being there for my pup, the were very kind and caring and provided me with a beautiful urn for her ashes along with a paw print, and the best part was a few weeks later they sent me a very beautiful and kind letter from the staff. Our family has been using Thrive in Round Rock for the past 6 years. Everyone is caring , patient and loving towards our cat and dogs. They have supported us with an 18 year old Pomeranian 🐾, a domestic short hair kitty 🐈‍⬛ and now a rambunctious heeler 🐶 puppy. Thank you for taking such good care of our pets and whole family💕

I brought my 80-lb American Bully in for routine vaccinations. He is a big dog, but he does not have a mean bone in his body. I had him muzzled only because during a previous visit the staff requested that I put one on him — not because he has ever shown aggression. In fact, during the last three visits (including this one), he has never displayed any aggressive behavior. On our previous visits, the staff administered his shots in the room with me present. They even muzzled him themselves before, and everything went smoothly. There were no issues. This time, however, I was told they needed to take him to the back to give him his shots.
