Staff is very nice and attentive . After first visit my dog is comfortable going there. We are always well taken care of. Prices are competitive . They give you the break down of the services perform immediately before they do anything so clients can make their choice of service ahead of time. Easy check in, good follow up after visit. I’m satisfied with the care .

I have been taking my baby to thrive for almost 6 years now. I moved down from the DFW area about 3 years ago and was worried my experience wasn't going to be as good as the location up there. The location on Fountainview has more than exceeded my expectations. Not only am I always greeted warmly when Reese (my dog) and I walk in, but everyone there is so kind and welcoming. At Thrive they care about your babies just as much as you do. They want to get the best care at the best cost for you and will work with you to get the best price possible to care for your babies health and wellness. I would recommend Thrive to any pet parent I know.

I truly felt that the wellbeing of my cats were prioritized at this clinic. Emma and Maggie were so sweet to my cat and thoroughly explained what they were going to do to figure out what may be wrong with him. They made efficient but cost-effective decisions to figure out the best plan without breaking the bank! The cost seemed reasonable, and I appreciate them having same day appointments and opening on Saturdays. I noticed they had Feliway diffusers in the exam rooms which I think helped my cat stay calm. They make a trip to vet stress free and I will definitely continue bringing my cats here!

Great experience as always. This has become my go to spot for the dogs. Good customer service and communication. A bit pricey but value is worth the level of care provided. Would suggest scheduling an appointment, not sure if they offer walk-ins or not but I tend to make my appointments in advance to ensure the fur babies are able to be seen. Cozy private rooms for the animals as you are consulting with the dr/ nurse. Comfortable front end area if you choose to be in the lobby. Plenty of parking for the location due to it being in a shared open retail plaza.

I love my doctor and nurses as well as the facility here, Titi and Jack are always so kind and knowledgeable. They’re helpful and treat my babies so well. I also want to thank Dr Long because she has taken such great care of the animals here and I appreciate the work the team does for us all. Thank you for keeping my babies healthy! Thank you for the great staff and the excellent work!
