I went to a different 3 Dog location for years. Always good experience. After asking if it was OK they gave my dog treat soon as we walked in door. They closed that location so I went here for 1st time. This one was horrible & I will never be back. 1. Took my service dog in shop with me. Person working gave their dog a treat in front of us & ignored mine. Yep you read that right. A store dedicated to dogs ignored my very well behaved dog. 2. And basically ignored me too. When I was done & went to counter to pay he kept doing what he was doing & didn't speak to me until I'd been at counter couple minutes. 3. When I asked about specific 3 Dog product I'd bought at grocery he gave me speech about that product was sold at stores only & it didn't help keep their doors open. Rude & very unprofes

Agree with others it's overpriced. My 4 legged baby loves variety pack cookies, which they don't carry. I bought box dessert treats he does like (but they were 2x same brand in store) Can't say same for "premium" treats in case. What looked like little decorated doughnuts in case were extremely disappointing. When I took them out of bag at home they were rock hard. He tried for a minute to eat it, then just dropped it & looked at me like "I thought you loved me". Went to another location few years ago & liked it. I'll never go here again

My pugs love ❤️ this place! I try to stop in with my dogs as often as possible. The owner is just amazing. We enjoy being regular patrons of this store. It is totally Pawsome! 🐕

This was my pup immediately after gobbling her treats. 😂 Worth paying the extra premium to see my pups extra-happy faces! The store is well-stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. Will come back!

We came to get our pup some treats on her first birthday. As a more recent rescue, she is still a little anxious around strangers but the owners were so sweet and took the time to greet her with welcome cookies and a few samples of some of the goodies - she loved them all! We were given a very helpful into to all of the beautiful pup cakes and cookies, as well as the extra treats and toys lining the walls. Suffice to say, she had a delicious birthday and we appreciate the Three Dog Bakery for making her day so special!
