I adore this store! I stopped in to get some treats for my friend’s pets as I always find such great options here. The variety is amazing and the prices make sense for the quality and quantity. Everything in the store is organized so neatly and it’s always so clean. The ambiance is perfect. It’s so cute that they have little water bowls outside too. The service is very welcoming and I never felt like they were pressing me to find my purchases quickly or that they were “watching” me shop which made me feel at ease. I happened to find some waterless shampoo wipes while I was browsing, which was such a cool find because I had been wanting to find something to help with my senior beagle’s skin and fur recently between baths. Let me start by saying I’ve shopped at Pet wants for years for my dogs. Love the food for my pets but I hate the new management. It was better when it was pet wants. As someone that has shopped here for years I’m disappointed. The new hours aren’t practical, the store closes before it’s suppose to some days (this has happened to me twice), they’re out of products more frequent than not. Very annoyed with the switch.

We LOVE Pet Wants Jtown!! This is the only place we buy our huskies food and their treats. Everything is all natural and good for your fur babies. Our dogs love the Salmon and Rice along with the milk bones and knuckle bones. Rich and his employees are top notch and know about their products and know what to suggest.

Stopped in yesterday to check it out and was really impressed. Clean, well organized, and easy to shop. Great selection of high quality pet foods and treats! Rich was super helpful and knowledgeable.
