Thompson Falls Veterinary

My cat had been attacked by a dog. it caused quite a bit of facial damage, when I called they said to come right in. I was so thankful because the last time we had to use the emergency vet it was a horrible experienc. Once we got there, they immediately confirmed his eye needed to be removed, his jaw was broken, he had teeth that were bent in but able to be saved. Dr. Abby was able to get him all fixed up and even stayed late so we were able to pick him up that night because she feels cats recover better at home. He is doing wonderful. Stitches out today!

Took my 14 year old hound in after seeing blood in her unrin and she was in a large amount of pain virtually overnight and all she had to say was " it is what it is" and "dogs this size at this age are unheard of" instead of listening to what I was saying being I know my dog and something was wrong. Came home after she prescribed medicine that didn't even make sense basically just throwing out a complete guess. I did a physical exam that night myself after my copper hound wouldn't stop whining in pain and I found a MASSIVE lump on her neck which was the main source of the pain. I can't believe the incompetence of a so called doctor that can't even find the most basic of things. I took her back that next day and they charged me again for another round of X-rays and just blamed it on her bac

The vet and her assistant were very nice! Great service and good people. They were pretty busy at the time of my dogs appointment, but we didn't have to wait long at all.

I have to give them a five star rating. Normally I don't leave ratings, but we ended up having to put down our dog after hours on emergency time and they gave us our space. The patience shown by their staff was truly appreciated during this already difficult experience. Even though the vet and assistant were called in, we wouldn't have been able to tell with the way they treated us. We won't forget how well we were treated and how well our dog was treated until the end.

The best place on earth. We had an emergency. They went over and above. A 2k surgery in washington cost us $453. It was a absolute blessing. Actually we are considering selling and moving to thompson falls simply for thecwonderful love we found at this vet. These people... Awe inspiring. Love them all to the bottom of my heart for loving my animal so much.
