One of your employees that was on the Marion bridge at 2:25 on 8/1/25 thinks it's ok to tailgate, flip off a person for going 40 in a 35. What the idiot didn't realize was that there was a Salem police officer merging onto the bridge. Next time an employee swerves into me to try to scare t, I will just let him hit me and sue. Your employees represent your company, pick better people

A few weeks ago they replaced the flooring in our kitchen, dining room and hallway. The staff had a good variety of high quality flooring and were very knowledgeable. The crew did an excellent job and we love the results.

We’ve worked with Thomas Kay in the past and had a great experience. Just recently we hired them to come out and re-stretch our carpet due to some rippling. Their customer service is amazing and I need to point out one of their carpet installers, Jeff, was wonderful to work with. He was punctual, polite, a real people person and did an excellent job!
