My 2 year old Aussie Doodle (Ruffles) and I recently completed the 6 week Canine Good Citizen program and certification with June. All along the way, June was very supportive and “in tune” with both Ruffles and me, working through all of the CGC skills. We practiced in a variety of areas, from restaurants to parks and in my neighborhood. Through June’s experience and expertise, Ruffles is now a Canine Good Citizen, and June is supporting us in getting connected with a dog therapy group to continue our journey! I highly recommend June for any dog training needs!

We recently completed a six-week puppy training program with June for our four-month-old Newfypoo, Ollie, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and support. From day one, June was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind—not just with Ollie but with me as a new puppy parent, too! She helped us build a strong foundation with basic manners, making training feel manageable and even fun. What really stood out was her dedication to socialization—she brought her own dog over to help Ollie meet another dog in a calm, controlled setting, which made a huge difference. We also had real-world training sessions at places like Lowe’s and the dog park, where she gave me the confidence to handle new and distracting environments. June truly goes above and beyond. June is so great with my dog! She did therapy, obedience, and good canine citizen training for him in 6 weeks. June is very attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and their training, my dog loved her and so did I! A very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

My husband & I adopted Blu, a rescue dog who had been neglected, abused, and never socialized to humans. He was terrified of everyone & everything, and cowered in a corner for weeks. We were in over our heads, and desperate for help. June was kind and patient with Blu, and she gave us guidance about how to work with him between our training sessions. With her help, we taught Blu to feel comfortable with us, accept a leash, & venture outside for walks. Our last session with June was at the dog park where we all experienced the thrill of seeing him happily romping at the dog park with his dog sister! We will definitely be calling on June when Blu is ready for his Canine Good Citizen training.

My husband and I adopted Jimmy from a local rescue. He came from a hoarding situation, and unfortunately within a couple of months of rescue had a failed adoption and foster. Failure because of his extreme fear of EVERYTHING! Jimmy spent a couple of weeks in a kennel in our bedroom, with the door open but afraid to come out. June spent our first 2 sessions building Jimmy’s trust in her. She eventually brought her own dog Gizmo. June & Gizmo were crucial in building Jimmy’s confidence and within a few weeks had Jimmy interacting with dogs and people. June was patient and willing to take training at Jimmy’s pace. Jimmy now has the opportunity to enjoy life and we can enjoy him. Thank you June
