The Woods Canine Resort and Spa

First time boarder and I was nervous. Our 8mo baby did great and the staff there made me feel very comfortable. I called daily during our vacation and they gave me updates. When I picked her up, she was happy and seemed robust! This place is organized and clean. Great area for the dogs to play in the back. I recommend this doggy resort.

My 3 huskies experienced their first time away from home at The Woods Canine Resort and Spa. They spent 5 days in the superior indoor/outdoor suite. This was actually a cute and cozy room with a TV and music playing as opposed to a kennel. I liked that the room felt very private and they even had a privacy curtain for the door. The noise level in the facility when I toured the place was a lot quieter than other facilities. It really felt more like a resort than a boarding facility. I also really appreciated all of the daily pictures that they posted on their facebook page to let me know that my babies were ok. During the pandemic we were in a situation needing dog care for our Maltipoo. By the grace of God our paths had crossed with Mark & Desiree. They put us at ease by sharing their personal story and Dusty had his first Resort and Spa Spa Stay. Their love and passion for dogs is undeniable which can be portrayed through their selective staff. Over the past 3 years we’ve been completely satisfied with the cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, pleasant smell, and professional staff along with the all of the upgrades! Scheduling a grooming session during or before pick up is a definite perk that we love!

I boarded my fur baby at The Woods a few weeks ago during our wedding. They took absolutely great care of Mia! She was returned to me happy and healthy. The staff loved her and almost did not want her to leave. But I also must thank Mark and Desiree for their help. While dropping Mia off, I experienced vehicle trouble with a tow dolly. Mark and Desiree saw me in distress and sprung into action and assisted me even when roadside assistance was no help. I am eternally grateful to them for their kindness. They exhibited the same kind heart that their staff displayed. I highly recommend this business without reservation.

Piper has been enjoying her camping while we are traveling. She is so excited when she gets there! Never looks back. Staff is very loving. We have just adopted a senior pup and we were comfortable letting her stay with Piper at camp. We can get updates on Facebook.
