Absolute best grooming experience on my shihtzu recently. Miss Madi was incredible. Not only was this the best grooming experience, the customer service via phone as a last minute resort after another location fumbled with their scheduling system and my spouse and I took the whole Monday off of work it was incredibly inconvenient, but Pet Supplies grooming dept, receptionist, and Madi came through. Having a shihtzu is a lot of upkeep and not the easiest to get the “perfect” cut. The shaping was done so well throughout her body and her paws. We’ll never go anywhere else.

I've been a fan of this company in the past, spending about $300 a month. However, their policies have changed, making them less customer friendly. As of yesterday & my $288 purchase, I will no longer shop there. I usually pay with cash & they have my TWO reward accounts info to reflect on. I decided to write a check, only to find out my check is no good there. I have to be on the check writing list to be able to write a check. They take checks, just not mine, even though they've never had a problem with my checks. I asked to get on the list & was told they're not currently adding to the list. What a joke! I've shopped at the Irmo, SC location for years, thinking I was supporting small business, even though their prices are higher than other pet supply & grocery stores. No longer.. I'll or

Went into this store for 1st time and couldn't find something. Employee was quick to help and found in an alternative spot and even jumped on register afterwards to get the few customers checked out. Great service.

Pet Supplies Plus in Irmo, SC consistently provides top-notch customer service, and I greatly appreciate it. In addition to in-person visits to the store, I often place online orders for delivery. The deliveries are accurate and prompt, often arriving long before the promised delivery time. A handwritten note is always included with the delivery, which is a nice touch. I recommend giving this store your business over the larger chain and online pet supply stores. Pet Supplies Plus is doing it right. Thank you!

My pup Bentley just had the most wonderful experience with Sydney and Lindsay! They weren't just groomers, they were absolute dog magicians! Bentley can be a little nervous around new people, but Sydney and Lindsay put him right at ease. They were so patient and gentle with him throughout the entire grooming process. I could tell they genuinely care about dogs. The cut itself is fantastic! He looks absolutely spiffing (and smells amazing too!). Sydney and Lindsay clearly have a talent for dog styling, and they were able to perfectly execute the style I requested.
