The Vet Clinic East

This has been our vet for almost 18 years. They are the kindest people ever. We recently had to put another cat to sleep ( our 4th in this time period. ) They had the best, most gentle and most informed process I have ever experienced. Killed my 5 year old furbaby with their neglect, misdiagnose her with a uti. Gave her med that didn't treat anything didn't perform the xray like they charged us and delayed the SPECIAL food they said they needed her on. I'm disgusted. You charged us 500 for what!?!??! We had money for whatever surgery instead you get a referral and go off of that with no attempt to make sure the damn problem we brought her in for was taken care of. Incompetent staff lying to us the Dr not communicating with us or tell us to bring her back. You said she didn't have an obstruction but Guess what you Liars she did and passed away and when we requested her scans you claimed you did we still haven't heard from you and it's been 3 days!!!!!!!!! This is the best vet clinic on the East side! I immediately felt welcomed (by their resident tripod Shamrock, and the front desk)! They actually care about your pets, and are understanding to your situations! I couldn't recommend any higher!

I cannot say enough good things about The Vet Clinic East. I've been taking my cats and dogs here for well over 10 years. They treat you with kindness, respect and when needed (depending on circumstances), empathy. When it came time to euthanize my cat, they treated my cat and myself with the utmost respect and dignity. Anytime I have taken my dogs in, even for mundane issues, they're respectful and acknowledge your presence. They present pricing up front and present options, when available. I recommend everyone and their pets to The Vet Clinic East.
