The Sudsy Pup Paw Spa

We love Sudsy Pup! My Koko is always so calm with them and shes notoriously a nervous dog when it comes to the groomers. Shes gotten the best haircuts and is happy every time I pick her up - plus they always snap the cutest pictures! Its 100% worth the extra $ to go here versus a PetSmart groomer to keep her calm and come out looking so cute!

We love Shanna! She always does such a great job with Buckley, our mini Aussie. He always looks so dapper with his bow tie, tie or bandana when we pick him up!

I am extremely disappointed with the service my puppy Tokyo received today. I made it very clear that he was not to be shaved because of the stress it causes him, yet I picked him up completely shaved. I understand he had matting, but that was not the whole issue and does not excuse ignoring my direct instructions as his owner. On top of that, I was charged double the usual price with no explanation beforehand. When I reached out to express how upset I was, the response I received felt dismissive and completely missed the point. Telling me you “did what was best for him” made it sound like my concerns didn’t matter as if you knew better than me about my own dog. As his owner, that is incredibly disrespectful. Tokyo is now stressed, uncomfortable, and honestly looks nothing like himself. Th

This was Bella's first time at Sudsy Pups, a friend had recommended them. Bella has separation anxiety, hates her face and paws groomed! She was given the calming aid and apparently it works very well. From their website to checkout the outcome was great. Very friendly, attentive. I felt really comfortable leaving Bella in their care🩷
