I would absolutely recommend The Sound Cat! Dr Gervais has taken amazing care of my boy Buddy, she is very thorough, explains things very well, is very kind and gentle with my boy, and overall is an amazing vet who actually really cares about your cat and your concerns. Buddy and I have moved out of the state, so we can no longer can go to The Sound Cat unfortunately, but I was even telling family how much I wish we could have someone like Dr Gervais and The Sound Cat where we’re moving to! It was such a good experience every time. Dr Rockwell was also amazing with Buddy’s dental cleaning and extractions! We were very happy with her care and work on his dental, she is also very kind. Every single person here was exceptionally kind, patient, and compassionate. I have a cat who is aggressive with strangers, and vet visits are usually extremely stressful, but this team made the entire experience feel calm and manageable. They handled my cat with so much care and understanding, and it genuinely put me at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Scheduling was easy — I booked online, was able to get an appointment the very next day, and we were in and out in under 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed. I couldn’t be happier with the care we received and am so grateful to have found a place that treats both pets and owners with such respect. I highly recommend them, especially for anyone with an anxious or reactive cat.

I’m so happy I found this Veterinary Hospital. I moved to the area recently and took my 3 cats there to establish care and for routine bloodwork and check ups. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the doctors listened to my concerns and gave me great advice on food and behavior issues. Also it is very affordable. I am very happy and will be back! As a bonus there is a beautiful white hospital cat named Barbara Jean hanging out in the lobby and a bird named Emily there too!

This place really is amazing. I have a male, previously cryptorchid cat, that I struggled for almost a year to find a place to find and remove his missing testicle. He wouldn’t stop spraying and I felt so hopeless and finally with the help of Dr. Gervais, they were able to locate and remove it. This vet was nothing but kind and accommodating. Not to mention, Dr. Gervais was quick to respond to my inquiries and more than willing to work with me to try and solve this issue. I also very much appreciate her explaining the surgery to me in detail, even though knowing I may not fully understand it. It made me feel informed and that she cared that I knew what was going on. I most definitely recommend coming here, not only for the great customer service, but also to meet their very cute lobby cats

Dr Lori Gervais is AMAZING!!! She took my cat Turkey in this past Monday when she was already fully booked and worked him in for a potential emergency. She is a saint and such a caring vet. Thank you so much for all you do for both my boys and my boys thank you too!
