The Snuggery

I will never stop talking about how good this place is! My dog goes there for daycare and for boarding and I have never had one issue. They truly treat your dog like their own and it shows. I recently moved 30 mins away and was sad cause that meant I couldn’t take my dog there anymore. I tried out a new daycare and I hated it so now my dog is going with my mom once a week just so she can go to daycare at the Snuggery! My dog has a lot of anxiety about being away from me and she will jump out of my arms every time I drop her off! I never worry about dropping her off there cause I know she gets the best care and so much love! We recently boarded our dog here during the holidays, and he had an absolute blast. We were really impressed with the private rooms for boarding stays, as well as the spacious play areas. The staff were very friendly both in person and over the phone, so we knew he was in great hands. We also got to sign him up for extras to make his stay more enjoyable, including private cuddle time, pup cups, and the New Years holiday “Ball Drop.” The only thing I would have preferred is if they sent some type of update or photos during the duration of the stay, as we had to call to check in. This was a little nerve wracking, since this was our first time boarding with them, but we really had nothing to worry about. He came home happy, healthy, and very tuckered out.

Our puppy just had his very first grooming appointment here, and we are very happy! He looks so adorable and smells like a freshly bathed baby’s butt — clean, sweet, and snuggly. He didn’t seem nervous and Laura was gentle, patient, and clearly skilled. We were a little bit apprehensive leaving him there but now we highly recommend this groomer!

I take my poodle between every 4 to 6 weeks. And my black lab to have his toenails cut and ground. They do a beautiful job. And they so good! And there a bunch of wonderful people. When I first brought my poodle in, we rescued him and his hair was so long and all over the place. I was worried that he never had been to a groomer. But they told me he did beautifully. And the prices are very reasonable.

Our dogs LOVE The Snuggery!! I didn’t know anyone who had taken their dogs here before, my husband and I chose it based on reviews and proximity to us. I think everyone gets nervous about boarding for the first time with all the horror stories you hear out there but omg my dogs are obsessed with this place. We take them usually once a week to doggy daycare and they always participate in the enrichment activities they have. My one dog knows mornings where we put our shoes on means daycare and he cries in excitement the entire time. We have also boarded them a few times with zero issues. The workers are always friendly and recognize our dogs and let us know how they did. The groomers are great (my dogs have seen both) and give little report cards for how the dogs groom went.
