The Salty Dog Spaw

I have brought my dog to Salty Dog Spaw 3 times now, and have been very happy with every visit. All of the people who work there are very nice, and seem genuinely happy when greeting their clients (human and doggies!). I love their online ability to book appointments too! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking dog grooming!

Sami does an awesome job with my long haired dachshund. He can be a little shy, but he is always so happy to walk in the shop. He always looks and smells great!! I will go nowhere else, highly recommend!

We are new to this company and had both of our dogs groomed there by Sami. She is a wonderful up and coming groomer and very sweet. However the company itself has poor customer service. From the very first visit the person at the front desk was rude. We were less than 15 mins late because we were unsure where it was located. On the second appointment they tried to increase the price significantly and I asked them what was going on. They informed me that their groomer had graduated the apprentice program so they were increasing their rates. I told them I was not made aware of this, so they honored the previous price and told me they would charge me the higher price next time. Best groomer I’ve ever had the pleasure in dealing with! She was very attentive to my pets needs, understanding and very thorough with her assessments, care and overall just an awesome business to deal with. You will not find that small town feel anywhere else! The faculty are super professional, communicative and helpful. The prices are very reasonable when compared to other groomers in the area. Look no further for a great service provider for all your dogs grooming needs.

First time appointment. Upon arrival I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I was told a text and email were sent that morning. I did not receive either one. My appointment was at 11. At 11:30 I received text & email notice my appointment was canceled. Disappointed ☹️
