The Ruff Lounge

Maddie & co. at The Ruff Lounge did a wonderful job on Dory and Dusty. Their owner has a heart condition, and she has been unable to keep up with their grooming as well as she had in the past. They were very overgrown and matted. Their nails were bear claws! Now they are all cleaned up & pretty. They totally strutted (and we're not immediately too hot) when I took them out to walk. The Ruff Lounge groomers are attentive and compassionate and friendly to dogs & humans alike. Finding them was my treat for the day!

I tried to book a second appointment to get my doodles hair done and I got a message that he was not welcome to come back. No explanation no communication if he was mean just that I needed to look for a new groomer. That's a little disappointing for communication.

I was recommended to Maddie around 2 years ago and I cannot say enough good things about her! Our dog Duke loves her and is so happy when I go to drop him off which he never did with any other groomer ever!

The owner and her team does great work and listens to exactly what you want done to your pup! Definitely recommend!

Rude employee. I left before letting them have my dog. If he is that frustrated with human interaction I for sure do not trust leaving him in the hands of my pup!
