We’ve had a wonderful experience with Whiskers Luxury Cat Boarding. The entire team is incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely loves the cats they look after. My cat Chelsea is very shy and easily stressed, so leaving her anywhere is never easy — but at Whiskers I always feel completely at ease. The updates and photos they send are amazing. You can truly see from the pictures that the cats are relaxed and comfortable. Every time we receive an update, Chelsea looks calm, curious, and clearly enjoying her time there — whether she’s bird watching from her sky box, playing with toys like the peacock feather, or getting her favorite squeezy treats. Whiskers has been wonderful for our cats and for us. The staff is incredibly caring and provides genuine, personal attention to each cat, which gives us total peace of mind. We love receiving photos during their stay-it’s clear our cats are relaxed and enjoying their own vacation . After a traumatic experience elsewhere, we were hesitant, but Whiskers restored our trust completely. Our cats now settle in quickly when we drop them off and are calm and content when we pick them up. We’re so grateful for the loving care and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have been leaving our cat at Whiskers since moving to Georgetown six years ago. They are wonderful! Our cat, Annie, always comes home happy and loves all the people who work here. Whiskers is truly the best luxury cat hotel in Austin. Their services are phenomenal, and it’s by far the finest cat hotel I’ve experienced. I’ve used them twice in the past four months, and each time my cats had an amazing stay. I highly recommend Whiskers to cat parents seeking peace of mind and a safe, comfortable place for their cats while traveling. Whiskers is the only place I trust with my kitty, Simba! This was our second time boarding him here, and once again they exceeded expectations. Simba stayed just over a week, and I could tell how much the staff truly cares about the cats in their care. The facility is spotless, calm, and set up with everything a kitty could need to feel comfortable and happy while their family is away. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make sure Simba was well taken care of. It gives me such peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands when we travel. Five stars all the way – I can’t recommend Whiskers enough!
