Im mixed here. Kinda expensive for items that are way cheaper at walmart and petco. On the other hand, there are other items for cheap. Meds for your furry babies are double the price from local stores and triple the price from chewy

The customer service is great! They answered all my questions and even loaded the materials I bought for my chicken coop into my car for me! Definitely would recommend.

I tried to give them a second chance after they loaded the wrong hay which made my donkey sick. But today they wouldn't let my elderly mother use their restroom. Every place has an employee bathroom, and those worh a heart make acception for elderly and children. Especially when there is nowhere else close by to go. I won't give them a third chance.

Horrible customer service! Went and asked for prices on dog houses they said the houses should have a code in front, they didn’t have codes but no one bothered to come out and help, not like they were busy girls where just standing there doing a whole lot of nothing! They definitely lost a customer
