Never leave empty-handed! The staff is very sweet, personable and patience of a saint. There is not a lack of things to look at, from statues, to stickers and crystals and everything in-between. Took my best friend who lives in Tennessee here over the Thanksgiving holiday, and she was amazed. If you are looking for a gift for someone of just to treat yourself, this is the place to get it. My steam punk plague doctor skull is my new favorite thing!

An awesome store with a great selection, I have been shopping here for years. Then...the customer service began to decline. The last two times I was in, it was different. Nobody greeted me as I walked in. Nobody offered to help me in any way. If it was just once, okay, maybe an off day. So I came back, this past weekend. I overheard a staff member being incredibly rude to a woman in the glass area, speaking to her in a belittling and condescending tone, as if she were a complete idiot. She simply spoke of potential upcoming changes to the law, whether she was correct or incorrect there was no reason to speak to her that way. I wandered over to he crystal and incense area. I wanted some assistance for nice crystals, expensive crystals, but the two staff members were so engaged in their own

Came in on a rainy day and was there to buy gifts. Each rep was very nice and professional. A lot to see and very organized. So much creativity in one place, anyone could find something they like. Ended up getting my sister a piece of jewelry and a new glass piece. The rep would bring to the front for me and let me still browse through the store. My mother and siblings have loved this place since I was a kid and there's always a good find every time 💜

Amazing as always! Just popping in to show some recognition to Paul. It was my Mom’s first time shopping here and I was showing her around and he let us pet Shelly, give him a treat, and also opened another rabbit’s cage for us without us even having to ask. Very attentive and informative! Clean store as always, the lady helping me at jewelry counter was also so sweet but I forgot to get her name ;-; Love this place! <3

I cant say enough good things about this place! Its a great place to get unique gifts for Christmas or birthdays...they also have wonderful customer service. They were out of stock of a necklace I wanted months ago...they sent me a text when the item was restocked! I thought that was really awesome that they never forgot about me. Their products are all amazing quality too.
