ASK FOR NATE. Usually works Thurs.-Sun. Super cool. Lifetime of experience. Very passionate about the animals. Absolutely knows what he is talking about, and will HOOK YOU UP. We have 9 ball pythons now. Can't get enough of the brilliant morphs he brings in almost weekly. He even guided us on creating a bioactive terrarium for the pythons. Yes. The place smells. They have mice feeder, so it'll either the ammonia (what you smell) or the mice piss. Everyone else is nice and will service you accordingly, but if anyone will own up to anything that went wrong, I know Nate will, though I still haven't had a negative experience.

Great spot! Tons of cool reptiles, fair prices, and the staff is wonderful. Nate was super helpful in helping me find a ball python, and Kristen gave tons of valuable tips! Bagley has now found his forever home!

What a horrible place these animals are on the edge of death. All the animals where in the water, most likley from mite infestation.some animals have no bedding or paper towels. Also smells horrible in there like poop and urine. They need to shut this place down

From the last time I was in this place a few years ago to now, it not only looks way better, but the workers are super friendly, very knowledgeable about what they have. This is the first time I went and seen the animals actually being cared for! I cannot thank you guys enough for being back the good in the reptile community!! The animals they have were also very cool! A few rare ones and some that you never really get to see as an adult! Go check them out!

Visited here for the first time on the 16th. The selection of tanks was exactly what I had been searching for and had failed to find at the other local exotic pet shops (I was looking for a nonstandard tank size so it could fit on a specific table of mine). The animals were gorgeous! They looked healthy and their terrariums were clean + very thoroughly decorated. The guy working there (The fella who is deaf in one ear) was friendly and easy to talk with. I have some social anxiety, so the good vibes were much appreciated. He was also super generous! Gave me the calcium I was going to purchase for free on top of giving me a few bucks off of another item I was buying. Phenomenal selection of feeders for extremely reasonable prices, as well. This is going to be my go to reptile supply shop. I
