First off I wanted to say the staff is extremely kind and loving. You can tell they all love animals. My Grandma's dog Gizmo wasn't peeing right and was not doing well. She called around to try and get an appointment but the other clinics had been booked up. Lucky Ranch Clinic understood the severity of what Gizmo was going through. They xrayed him to find he was filled with bladder stones. The doctor she was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. She showed us the stones before and after it was shocking. They got all of them and saved Gizmos life! I'm happy to report my grandma is extremely happy and her baby is now recovering well, looking better and peeing correctly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving Gizmo ❤️‍🩹

We started taking our goats here, then our horses then ALL of our animals. We had our puppy catch Parvo. They took such good care of her and the price was drastically less than what I expected to pay. The prices are amazing! The staff are amazing so kind and caring I don’t mint driving all the way out of my way to go here (from my house it’s a pretty long drive) but can’t recommend it enough

After taking our dog to another vet in town with problems moving his legs we gave The Ranch a try due to getting nowhere with the other vet and him losing all movement of his hind end and Dr. Ugalde was able to give a rough diagnosis of our pup. She recommended that we take him to Boise for emergency back surgery if we wanted him to walk again. Her diagnosis was spot on through an X-ray that could’ve been done at the previous vet. Today our pup is fully mobile after his surgery and doing very well and we are thankful for the staff at The Ranch for all they continue to do.

Save yourself and your beloved pets the trouble and avoid this clinic. My goat got attacked by a neighbor, I called their emergency number. She did answer it. But refused my service because she had family. Then said it would be thousands of dollars to come out. I told her Great. My neighbor will be paying the bill as it was the sheriff orders. Instead of helping me find other resources. She just kept saying how she wasnt going to come to my house for a goat. I then hung up on her. Just for her to call back to leave me a voicemail telling me im blacklisted, and she will be calling the sheriff department on me. And no one will help me. Absolutely terrible and disrespectful. 0/10

Please be aware of the diagnosis being given. They said that my dog had scar tissue from a spaying. She never even examined her herself. Went to a vet a day later her incision was hot to the touch they knew right away what it was. I will never go back to this vet again.
