I can't say enough good things about this vet clinic. The doctor is amazing. He's very good at what he does and he's saved my animals more than once. The manager and staff are awesome. They're all so kind and they and the doctor take such great care of my animals. Having medical professionals and staff that you can trust with your animals care is so important. I have gone to Keystone for years. Excellent care, massively experienced team, they have seen many of my kittens into the world, and many out when they were very, very sick. The downside: not sure if they are taking new clients right now, so call first, and next, they are very popular, so appointments may be a ways out. If you are a client, they do their best for emergencies on weekdays; but not weekend emergencies.

Keystone Animal Hospital staff are so compassionate and really care about the well-being of our pets. Our Walter is feeling better already.

The receptionist was very polite. She was also understanding of a potential customer. Although when arriving, I'm sure she is some type of relations to the actual owner of this establishment, but there was this woman standing in the corner yapping away and when the receptionist asked her a simple yes or no question this lady proceeded to get on to her high horse (mind my best friend needs medical assistance, I'm not at a Wal Mart customer service) starts spatting about how I'm not gonna borrow money from doctor what ever or whoever this guy is. Great way to make me feel welcome by first not even understanding the situation and judging the way I'm dressed or how I look to accuse me of being there to borrow money from these people ive never met.
