The Pooch Room

Javier, does an amazing job on ourPoodle. We also have a brown lab- she is a beauty too- she gets her bath and brushing- her coat shines like velvet.

This happened a while ago and I meant to write a review on it but never did til I came across these pictures again and got upset all over again. I just wanna mention my dog is tiny and not aggressive AT ALL. To this day I don’t know what happened to my dog while he was getting groomed at the pooch room. I was only told that he was groomed by Jean and that my dog showed up to the shop injured like I was born yesterday he is very well taken care of, lying straight to me is insane. The lack of concern when I brought this to their attention was ridiculous and so unprofessional, that was the first and last time I brought my dog there. I was too scared to even bring him anywhere else FOR MONTHS thanks to them but luckily I found a better CARING shop. If you don’t like animals don’t work with the

The Pooch Room is the absolute BEST! They take such wonderful care of my two kitties. It was hard to find somewhere local that provided cat grooming services, so when I found the Pooch Room, I was ecstatic. Jean does an amazing job with their lion’s cuts and regular groom appointments. Javier is extremely responsive, friendly, and passionate about what he does. The whole team is just amazing. If you are looking for a new cat or dog groomer, look no further!

Took our Doodles, Ohana and Ozzy, for a much needed grooming. Brought them both at the same time. Javier is so good with our dogs. Ohana is high anxiety and he seems to calm her. Both were beautiful and happy when I picked her up. So happy The Pooch Place is in Winthrop!
